2025 East Tennessee Chinese New Year Festival

Come celebrate the coming of Spring and the start of the Year of the Snake in grand style at the 2025 East Tennessee Chinese New Year Festival! This family-friendly variety show will feature dancing, singing, music, a traditional lion dance, martial arts, and more. Our Special Guest will be the World’s Premier Umbrella Juggling Artist Lina Liu from New York City. A Guinness World Record Holder and winner of the prestigious International Circus Gold Prize, Lina often performs at NBA halftime shows -- you have to see her skills! Our Festival will be held on Sunday, February 2 from 3:30 - 6:00 pm in the beautiful Cox Auditorium in the Alumni Memorial Building on the campus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
